  • use of different fencing materials (thorny bushes, split rail from OSU extension, post & board)
  • use of thick hedges with a low guard-rail
  • suggested that wheels be put on swing gate to keep it from sagging, gate should swing into property and not out onto the street
  • may return with revised materials, committee to vote administratively

Motion to table the proposed fence application until the applicant can investigate different types of fencing (used wrought iron, a combination of hedge and low wooden guard-rail/posts).  Applicant to contact St.Clair-Superior CDC for possible options and/or funding.
